For the third year running, Colorado Farm Bureau is considered one of Denver’s Best Places to Work. The organization was awarded the title at a virtual event hosted by the Denver Business Journal. CFB was the 7th best place to work in the “small company” category.

“Participation in these awards really helps to raise awareness of the Farm Bureau brand and the agriculture industry in Colorado,” said Shawn Martini, CFB’s vice president of advocacy. “As a state Farm Bureau, it’s really great to be listed alongside some of the top companies in the Denver region.”

The awards are based on employee surveys and organizational information, and focused on concepts like workplace satisfaction, support from leadership, a sense of purpose, compensation, etc.

“Our Board of Directors deserves a lot of credit for allowing our staff and leadership to cultivate a strong culture based on collaborative effort and organizational excellence,” said Martini. “Out of tens of thousands of businesses in the metro region, we are happy to again be recognized as a handful that stand out. It further demonstrates the value Farm Burea provides to members and the agriculture industry as a whole.”

CFB was one of a total of 65 companies recognized for the award.
