A Letter from President Shawcroft:

Dear Farm Bureau Family,

This year has brought many challenges for farmers and ranchers across the country. COVID-19 has turned our everyday lives upside down. The health and safety of our members is Colorado Farm Bureau’s first priority. Second, is ensuring that our members receive the highest quality content, programs and services. It is because of these priorities that the Colorado Farm Bureau Board of Directors made the extremely difficult decision to cancel this year’s Summer Ag-Issues Summit.

At the Colorado Farm Bureau we have worked hard throughout the pandemic to provide you with resources to keep you, your family and your employees safe as well as shared information about programs and support to keep agriculture open for business. We will continue to do that throughout the summer and find ways to continue our policy development process to accomplish the mission of protecting the future of agriculture and rural values.

Thank you for your understanding and your unwavering support of the Colorado Farm Bureau and the entire agricultural community. We’re all in this together and together we will find a way to adapt to these ever changing times.

Sincerely,
Don Shawcroft
