CFB staff is honored to be recognized by the Denver Business Journal as a “Top Place to Work.” Out of more than 200 applicants, Colorado Farm Bureau was recognized in the top ten for our category.

“It’s pretty darn great to work for an organization that motivates and inspires you every day,” said director of policy communications, Taylor Lobato. “The people I work with and the members I work for, genuinely care about one another. Everyday, we all do our part to strengthen agriculture in Colorado and we’re successful because the environment we work in is so supportive.”

The Top Places to Work awards highlight companies from around the Denver area who score highest in multiple categories that include: “team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, and compensation and benefits.” The Denver Business Journal recognized top finalists at a reception filled with fun, food and games. Finalists received recognition on stage and took home a trophy to commemorate the achievement.

CFB is looking for the perfect place to display the trophy — stop by the office to see it!

CFB staff knows how lucky they are to be a part of such a special organization and now, the Denver business community knows that as well. Thank you to all of the CFB members for their support. Without members, there is no Colorado Farm Bureau and everything the staff does, they do for their members.

Thank you.
