Support Clean Water and Clear Rules!
On December 11, 2018, EPA “Ditched the Rule” proposed a revised definition of “waters of the United States,” which would clarify regulatory authority under the Clean Water Act.
We’ve been waiting for this rule for more than 3 years!
Now is the time to act, and support of responsible federal regulations that keep water clean and provide certainty on where federal authority begins and ends.
Environmental activists HATE this rule, because it DOES NOT provide authority for the EPA to regulate EVERY water feature in the country. The rule is consistent with prior Supreme Court rulings and the environmental community will come out in droves to comment against the new rule.
We need your voice to balance them out! Tell EPA that you support the new WOTUS rule! Use the AFBF’s system to file a comment to EPA with one click!
