UPDATE: 2020 CFB Annual Meeting

The number of COVID-19 cases statewide has been increasing and the City and County of Denver, along with other counties across the state, have been placed under additional restrictions. These restrictions have eliminated our ability to have an in-person annual meeting at the National Western Complex. Because of this news, the Board of Directors have decided to hold ten, decentralized locations –connecting virtually — to conduct the business of the organization. This decision was not made lightly and included discussion of all input received.

Registration

Registration Deadline: November 14, 2020 (This date is firm to ensure all delegate eligibility can be verified and any issues resolved prior to the meeting.) No late registrations will be accepted. Alternate substitutions required after November 14th may be made by contacting Becca Edlund (Becca@ColoradoFB.org/303.667.5075). Please contact your county president if you are interested in being a delegate. 

Registration Fee: $25/Delegate

Online registration continues to be available. You can register your delegates by clicking here: https://farmbureau.regfox.com/2020-colorado-farm-bureau-state-annual-meeting. If you would prefer to pay by check, you can do so by using the code CHECK in the appropriate field. Checks must be received by November 14th.

If you have already registered and paid for your delegates under the previous guidelines, staff will be in touch soon to coordinate a refund (if appropriate) or update your delegates if required.
