Unfortunately, do due COVID-19, the 2020 Legislative and Leadership Summit has been canceled. Please follow Policy Watch, CFB social outlets and join bi-weekly advisory calls for policy updates. 

The Legislative and Leadership Summit provides an opportunity for CFB members to build leadership skills and be better spokespeople and advocates for agriculture with public officials and state legislators. The Summit features updates from policymakers, training on effectively communicating with elected officials, and the opportunity to interface with state legislative leaders.

Attendees will also attend the Colorado Ag Day celebration at the State Capitol and have the opportunity to meet new legislators and discuss issues important to agriculture and rural Colorado.

***Districts 1,2 & 6 Legislative Steak Fry

Following the conclusion of the Legislative and Leadership Summit program, the counties of CFB Districts 1, 2 & 6  will host their traditional Legislative Steak Fry at the First Baptist Church. Attendees of the Summit are welcome to stay for dinner.
