Welcome

Welcome to the training and development page for the Colorado Farm Bureau! Colorado Farm Bureau believes it's vital to provide training and development for Farm Bureau members, county leadership and the state board of directors.   If you haven't already, register for Farm Bureau University.  This is a free virtual training tool for individual members and county Farm Bureaus that covers a multitude of topics, such as advocacy, volunteer training, board essentials and much more. New modules are being added every year and they help provide easy, user-friendly training opportunities.  You only need to register once and you can then access all of the wonderful resources and track your progress! CFB will highlight a monthly training and development theme to encourage county Farm Bureaus as they proceed with their program of work throughout the year.  These themes will give examples of how Farm Bureau University and Training and Development staff can assist Farm Bureau members and county leadership on topics that may be relevant during a certain time of year. Remember, CFB training and development staff is always an email or phone call away. If there are training and development opportunities to assist you as a member or a county board.  We can customize a lesson or workshop to fit your needs. Just contact the state office or your training and development staff member for your area.
