The 2018 CFB YF&R Conference was full of great leadership development opportunities and packed filled with great speakers. The event was held for the first time at Great Wolf Lodge in Colorado Springs.

Attendees learned about the importance of trade, new loan and financing options, federal policy, and how to live an honorable life that is true to their work and family. Attendees also took a trip to Global SuperTanker, LLC to learn about the amazing firefighting aircraft that calls Colorado Springs home.

The conference will be held at Great Wolf Lodge for the next two years. The YF&R Committee is already making plans for next year’s conference and will also be holding a series of webinars in the coming year.
