Policy

Promoting and protecting the future of agriculture and rural values is what Colorado Farm Bureau does. One of the most effective ways we do that is a unique and powerful grassroots process that helps us advocate for members at the state and national Capitol.

Colorado Farm Bureau policy is developed from the opinions and values of its members. Every member has an opportunity to weigh in, with thoughts for improving opportunities for farms and ranches as well as rural Colorado.

Inspired at the county level, implemented at the state level and pursued at the national level, each policy has the potential to grow and develop, shaping not only good governance for the individual producer but also guiding our policymakers to make Colorado and the United States a better place for agriculture.
