Annual Meeting

Join us for our Annual Meeting! This is the perfect time to meet other members, hear from subject experts, vote for board members, and present/vote on policy.

Registration:

If you plan to attend, please let your county president or secretary know, as they need to register all delegates together.

If you do not plan to attend as a voting delegate or collegiate member (spouse, child, etc.), but want to attend at any point during the meeting, please use the Guest Registration form and select "Guest." When registering a child, use the discount code CHILD to register them for free.

Please note: we will no longer be able to provide refunds after the October 29 date, so we encourage you to confirm with your delegates before registering them. After October 29, we can transfer registration to another delegate, but we will be unable to process refunds.

Hotel Block:

Rooms will start at $125++ per night and MUST be booked by October 29. Any rooms booked after that date may not be guaranteed the special group rate. Book your Room Here.

Childcare Changes:

This year, childcare will not be provided. In lieu of childcare, we will have a family room, where a parent or guardian will be required to stay with a child if they need a break from the Annual Meeting activities. We encourage you to bring a friend or family member if both parents are registered as voting delegates, should your child need to step out. The family room will be on the main floor of the meeting, beside the Women’s Leadership Committee’s Silent Auction room - think of it similarly to the family room at church. We hope that this change will foster more of a family-friendly environment during the meeting.

The family room will not host meals, with the exception of the Pizza and Movie Night during the Banquet. Families should plan to register their child to receive meals during the weekends' events using the guest portion of registration, or plan alternate lunch arrangements.

For the Pizza and Movie Night during the Banquet, childcare will be provided so that parents can enjoy the evening. If you plan to utilize this opportunity, please sign your child up at the registration table once on site so that we can accommodate childcare staff and pizza.
