With lots of great things planned for our 2023 Annual Meeting this year, we hope that having the details early will support you and your county as you make plans.

Registration is available online. Members should reach out to their county presidents if they would like to attend Annual Meeting. Presidents will be responsible for registering attending members.

Hotel reservations can be made at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center.
You can make reservations by clicking HERE or by calling 800.233.1234 using the code ID: G-1IFB. Our rate this year is $115++.

Included in the County President’s packet is your county’s current delegate allowance. Keep in mind that this can change as we near the membership year-end. As soon as we finalize our 2023 membership (approx. October 15th), county presidents will receive an updated delegate allowance. There are details about how delegate allowance is calculated on the allowance sheet.
