The Annual Colorado Farm Bureau Young Farmers and Ranchers Conference is held each year in a new location around Colorado. The Conference targets outstanding young agricultural leaders aged 18-35 working in production agriculture or agribusiness and passionate individuals working outside of agriculture! Professionalism is our standard, and this conference provides excellent networking opportunities to expand your connections. You do not have to be a Colorado Farm Bureau Member, but we know you will want to join by the end of it. This professional and business development conference is designed with our Colorado Ag Communities in mind by the Colorado Young Farmers and Ranchers Committee.

Agriculture is a culture. We’re 2% of the population. We have our own special language, traditions, and heritage. This conference empowers attendees to be leaders in cultivating their local communities.

The theme this year is AgriCULTURE, we’re bringing the discussion about the special traditions, unique patterns of speech, and the community dynamics of farming and ranching to the forefront. Since it’s a leadership conference, we’re also structuring sessions to empower attendees to be the cultivators of their community culture. Aiming to answer the question; how do we as young agriculturalists define and shape how the rest of the world sees us as a collective.
