Young Farmers and Ranchers
The YF&R program is for farm bureau members between the ages of 18-35 who wish to become more effective leaders in Farm Bureau and the ag industry and learn more about being successful on their own farms and ranches.

YF&R members take part in state and national competitive events like the Discussion Meet and award competitions like Emerging Leader, Excellence in Ag and the Achievement awards! The YF&R Program provides several activities throughout the year for producers to get together, network, have fun and be part of the entire Farm Bureau experience.

The Colorado Farm Bureau YF&R Committee has a representative from each of the ten districts throughout the state as well as one from each collegiate Farm Bureau Chapter.
The state YF&R Committee develops and hosts the YF&R Leadership Conference and other activities during the Mid Summer Meeting, CFB Annual Meeting, and special events like Ag Outreach at A Taste of Colorado.
